The Aquafilter FCCBKDF cartridge contains charcoal from coconut shells that removes chlorine and other organic contamination from the water, polypropylene insertion (delays mechanical pollutants contained in water), and a special KDF filling. The special filling of KDF-55 increases the life of activated charcoal in the cartridge, as well as to prevent and suppress the development of bacteria and viruses in the filter material of this combined cartridge. The FCCBKDF Aquafilter cartridge cannot be used for microbiologically contaminated water of unknown origin.
